Sometimes I paint stuff that isn't porn! Honest!

I painted this today at my local Crossfit box (gym). The shield is sort of shaped like a kettlebell, and not a shield, which is why it looks weird.

The entire thing was done in about 7 hours, using acrylic paints, and only a 1 inch flat brush. Cap is about one metre tall.
